Barbara A. Hershfelt, Vice President

An experienced business development professional with extensive experience in strategic planning, Barbara Hershfelt has a 20-year track record of bringing leadership and direction to her clients. As Vice President of Jeffrey Byrne & Associates, Inc., Barbara will work with clients to understand their organizations’ needs, then develop custom services designed to build the financial capacity that will enable them to grow and expand their missions.
A graduate of the College of Business and Public Administration at the University of Missouri-Columbia, Barbara has a results-focused philosophy and exemplary dedication to developing and implementing plans that have brought success to such companies as The Quaker Oats Company, American Italian Pasta Company and St. Louis-based Zipatoni Advertising Agency.
Following a strategic business planning effort led by Barbara, participants come away feeling motivated and empowered with leadership skills and a goal-driven action plan. She has spent time extending her passion for community building as a volunteer for St. Louis organizations such as Ronald McDonald House, MS Society, Big Brother’s Big Sister’s as well as Chicago’s Northwestern Hospital Auxiliary Board. Barbara currently serves on the Board of Trustees for St. Patrick’s Center in her hometown of St. Louis, Missouri.
