3B Fund Development Group is a consortium of individuals with extensive experience in the field of not-for-profit senior living communities and a track record for successful grant applications and fund development campaigns.  3B offers a turnkey approach for organizations who need to implement or strengthen a development program.

Jean Bacon recently retired from a career as a CEO of a Continuing Care Retirement Community.  Jean has refined the art of integrating fund development with operations and developing communications programs with donors, staff and residents, and can help guide 3B clients with these tasks.

Jeffrey Byrne is President & CEO of Jeffrey Byrne & Associates, Inc. The firm has led successful campaigns for many organizations, among them a rapidly increasing number of senior living clients whom he has assisted in donor research, community readiness assessment, planned giving, capital, endowment and major gifts campaigns and grant writing. 

Sharon Brooks is the CEO of SB&A Integrated Marketing, a marketing and advertising firm with almost 30 years of experience in the senior living field and the capacity to create meaningful messages and materials to support fund development.
